Scan your photo - Please email a scan of your photo. Free estimates are given on scans of around 1Mb, full restorations require a scan of around 4Mb low compression JPEG file, or an image at least 3000 pixels on its longest size. If you are in any doubt just email us for

How do I upload a Picture?

Once you’ve finished scanning your picture, please save the picture with the name on the order, and in an acceptable format.

You're ready to upload it.

1."Browse..." button, which will bring up your operating system's standard file open dialog
2. Choosing a file will fill the name of that file into the text field next to the button.
3. Press the "Upload" button to finish the upload.
4. Click the "Upload a Video..." button.
5. Email Picturedoc giving us the file name and confirming you order. FastTrack@picturedoc.co.uk

It can take from a couple minutes for your picture to upload to picturedoc.
If you're receiving an error with your Upload, you might want to make sure you're attempting to upload a file that's recognized.
