Ordering

1. Scan your photo - Please email a scan of your photo. Free estimates are given on scans of around 1Mb, full restorations require a scan of around 4Mb low compression JPEG file, or an image at least 3000 pixels on its longest size. If you are in any doubt just email us for information Sheet.
or Post your photo - If you wish to post us please use Royal Mail Special Delivery, this gives the highest level of insurance and a good deal of tracking should it get lost in the system.* Please email Us* Please note that if you post your photo we will post back via Royal Mail Special Delivery and the cost of this will be added to the restoration.

2. NEW! A good scan will enable Fast Track - A photo repair within three working days for digital files only

3. Supply Return Address - Please supply a return email/postal address and include details of the work you wish carried out. We will always contact you to ensure all expectations can be met before any work commences.

4. Images on a CD - If you wish to have a CD with your images there is a small additional cost of £5

Payment

Once the job is complete and you are happy we can take payment.
Credit or debit card payment via UK and International customers can choose to pay using their credit card, Switch or Solo debit card or from their bank accounts using the secure on-line payment services of Pay Pal. Note: This is the only method of payment available to our non-UK customers.

We will send you an invoice via email requesting payment of the required amount. This email will contain a link that will take you to the Pay Pal web site via a secure connection. If you have not previously used Pay Pal, you will be asked for some brief registration details. Once registered, you will be asked to make the requested payment.
